The above message is displayed when the order is non-compliant with regulations for the shipping destination.
To resolve the issue, open the Health Certificate and review the conditions that require a certificate to be included in the order. If you require a Health Certificate, add one to the cart and return to checkout.
If the issue is not resolved, you have items in the cart that are restricted in your state. Remove the restricted items and return to checkout. To determine if an item is restricted in a state, review the "Other Details" section on the items product page.
